Article 1: Presentation of articles

All the characteristics of the products offered for sale on this site are indicated and offer the customer the best possible information: composition, use, size, qualitative description. The prices applicable to each consultation are those in effect at the said consultation of the service.

Article 2: Period of validity of the offers of sale

The products are offered for sale until the stock is exhausted. In case of order of a product become unavailable, the customer will be informed of this unavailability as soon as possible by email.

Article 3: Product prices

Prices are quoted inclusive of all taxes, excluding postage.

The products ordered are invoiced at the price indicated at the time of the order's registration.

Article 4: Order

Article 5: Terms of payment

The payment of orders is made in cash. No order is shipped without receiving its full payment.

Article 6: Delivery & lead time

On average, 1 to 2 working days are required for the preparation of the order (1 to 5 working days in case of textile printing), and 48 to 72 hours worked for delivery in France and abroad. These times may vary depending on the number of orders to be processed, the items possibly unavailable, the destination and the general conditions of transport (environment, weather conditions, social movements ...).

The times indicated are average deadlines. Only a delay exceeding 15 days from the registration of the order opens right to cancellation of order and full refund.

In case of unavailability of the product, the customer is notified as soon as possible electronically; the order is shipped as soon as the product is back in stock.

Important: the transport risks are the responsibility of the carrier. The receiving customer must make reservations in case of dispute with the carrier. The responsibility of can not be engaged in case of transport damage. An imperative date? A birthday ? Do not hesitate to indicate us your needs by return of mail or during the validation of your order! We will be happy to take up the challenge!

Article 7: Complaint

The customer is required to check the items at the time of delivery and must indicate with the carrier the reservations it intends to make on the compliance, condition or quantity of items delivered.

In case of error on the content of the order, the customer agrees to inform our customer support as soon as possible.

No complaint will be accepted after a period of 7 days from the receipt of the articles.

For any information, the customer can apply from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm to our customer support.

Article 9: Vigilant AND satisfied!

We bring all our care to bring you the most complete information on the composition, the size, the reasons, the quality and the description of our articles: except an error which would be directly attributable to us (error of reason, colors, size / the order registered and received in authentic confirmation), our items are not exchanged or refunded.

Article 10: Dispute Resolution

Any dispute in this sale will, in the absence of amicable agreement, the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Port Louis, Mauritius.
